Admin — edit the system itself

The three canonical vocabularies: Categories (CANAVA verticals), Towns (with region groupings), Tags (editorial devices like RIP + keepers, workflow flags, reader-facing filters). Add / rename / reorder / deactivate. No SQL. Every tool that reads these picks up changes on next refresh.

Open Taxonomy admin

Every library_item whose category isn't one of the canonical 8 CANAVA verticals. Grouped by the bad value with a "Replace all" bulk action. Fix the geo-into-category mess left over from earlier free-text era. When it hits zero, the Region filter stops showing gibberish like Exhibition / Org.
